Do you really plant a tree for every product you sell?
Yes! We really do plant a tree for every product sold! We partner with Eden Reforestation Projects, who not only plants trees around the world, but provides gainful employment to individuals who are living in areas effected by extreme poverty. You can learn more about our partnership here.
How do you ship plastic-free?
Online shopping is notorious for being incredibly wasteful and we wanted to change that! We’ve spend a ridiculous amount of time thinking about how we can make our shipping as eco-friendly as possible, without producing single-use plastic waste.
That's why we are proud to say that we ship 100% plastic-free using eco-friendly shipping materials from EcoEnclose.
Water Activated tape: Unlike plastic tape, the tape we use is made with 50% recycled content! It is certified curbside recycle-friendly.
Zero-waste labels: Unlike traditional silicone coated release liners, these Zero Waste Label Release Liners are 100% recycled AND curbside recyclable.
100% recycled boxes: These boxes are not just 100% recycled - they are made from 95% post-consumer content - and are manufactured right here in the United States. Absolutely NO new materials are used in the manufacturing of these ridiculously green shipping cartons.
Product insert cards and paper: Our product insert cards and packing slips are made from recycled materials and are both 100% recyclable and compostable.
Packing and tissue paper: Our packing and tissue paper is home compostable, recyclable and made from post-consumer materials.
What is your return policy?
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, we are not accepting product returns at this time. If you have an issue with one of our products, please email us at customerservice@greenestategoods.com. Please attach a photo/video and we will happy assist you!
Where are your products made?
Our products are designed by us in Arizona and made for us by our manufacturing partners in the USA, Indonesia and in China. When we started Green Estate we did an extensive search domestically for suppliers who could manufacture all of our products. Unfortunately, we found it would mean our products would be at a price point that would be inaccessible for our customers. Our goal is to help as many people as possible switch to reusable products and we don’t want price to be a hindrance for anyone.
We understand that no company is perfect but we try our best by shipping everything sold from our online store with eco-friendly, zero-waste shipping supplies from EcoEnclose, planting a tree for every product purchased through Eden Reforestation projects and off-setting our shipping carbon footprint through our freight forwarder, FlexPort.
